5. Social media
Plug-ins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on our pages. The Facebook plug-ins are recognisable by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button on our page. An overview of the Facebook plug-ins can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plug-ins/
These plug-ins are deactivated by default, i.e. no data is transmitted to Facebook. You can, however, activate the plug-ins and agree to the transmission of data to Facebook.
When you visit our website and have the plug-ins activated, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established via the plug-in. Facebook thus receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook "Like" button when you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the content of our website to your Facebook profile. As a result, Facebook can assign the visit to our website to your user account. We wish to point out that we, as a provider of the website, do not acquire any knowledge of the content of the transmitted data, as well as its use through Facebook. Further information in this regard can be found in the Data Protection Declaration of Facebook at http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php

The information created by the Cookie on your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. Google will also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. In no circumstances will Google link your IP address to other data of Google. You can prevent the installation of Cookies by adopting the relevant setting on your browser software; however, we wish to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website as a result.
