ERIMA can look back on the strongest increase of the half-year turnover in its history: from January to June 2016 the German sports brand generated an increase of 15 percent and thus has achieved an internal sales record of 30 million Euro within this period. A result due to top quality and delivery capacity.
With a turnover of 30 million Euro within the first half of 2016 ERIMA achieves another sales record and remains in the fast lane. The most substantial increase was generated on the home market with a growth of 18 percent. Over the last two years the sports brand has been able to grow by a cumulative 25 percent. “We are very glad to see retailers and sports clubs increasingly recognize and use the advantages of the ERIMA brand for the team sport business,” states Wolfram Mannherz, the General Manager.
ERIMA proves to be a competent partner for almost all team sports and generates its turnover across all sports diciplines – one of the reasons for the successful business development. Varied engagements as with the 1. FC Köln, SG Dynamo Dresden, Rhein-Neckar Löwen and SG Flensburg-Handewitt as well as the Fed- Cup and Davis Cup team increase the degree of brand awareness. This enables the sports brand to continuously broaden the expertise required, a process that is also supported by an almost 100 percent availability of all products ERIMA offers their customers.
Sales figures are not only positive for the home market in Germany, but also for the subsidiaries in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland. Retailers from countries without company-owned branches of the brand have even generated an increase in turnover of exports of nearly 40 percent.
